Globe G-Cash Can Be Used as Mobile Payment for FB

Beginning March 24, G-Cash can be used to pay and buy online purchases using BOKU's Paymo without using a mobile phone.

With the new partnership, Paymo now allows registered G-Cash users to purchase exclusive items and power-ups by simply entering their Globe mobile number and G-Cash MPIN. A confirmation message will then be sent to the mobile number to confirm the transaction.

According to BOKU's Senior Vice President for Business Development Paul McGuire, Paymo's partnership with G-Cash is unique. Regular Paymo transactions require SMS confirmation on the end-users' part before the purchase is finalized. He said that G-Cash's mobile PIN allows Paymo to bypass this step, thus making transactions faster.
